RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to accept returns or arrange an exchange within 7 days if you should change your mind. Please contact us asap by email with details of your return/exchange for details. All returns and exchanges must contain the complete product, packaging, and all materials that were received.

Given the nature of Bumpa Mats, they cannot be returned if the product has been opened and used.

The following conditions must be met for your product to be eligible for an exchange or credit: 

  • The item is unused and in brand new condition with packaging intact
  • The item is returned within 7 days of being received.

We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the returned mat does not meet the above.

Replacement mats are subject to stock availability at the time.

You will need to arrange and pay for the delivery of the mat back to us. The cost of delivery for the new mat will also be at the purchaser’s expense.   

FAULTY ITEMS

This is a very rare occurrence but if a mat is faulty please advise us asap. We ask that you take photos and email them to info@bumpamats.com.au These will be checked and a courier arranged to pick up the mat if the fault cannot be rectified.  

Any returned items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 10 days of being received. In case we cannot offer you a matching replacement (due to stock on hand), you will have the choice of choosing another style option (or the same value) or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted as faulty. Once a return has been approved, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
